1. About Travy™
Travy™ is a Moroccan travel agency specializing in private tours, luxury experiences, airport transfers, and concierge services across Morocco. Our registered office is located in Tangier, Morocco.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Travy™.
- A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation via email.
- Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus any non-recoverable deposits.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: no refund.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to [email protected].
- Travy™ reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics). In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa) for Morocco.
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
- You agree to follow local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the traveler's responsibility.
5. Liability
- Travy™ acts as an organizer and intermediary for travel services. While we carefully select our partners (hotels, restaurants, drivers), we are not liable for third-party negligence.
- We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Travy™ or its licensors and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
7. Website Use
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website at any time.
